It combines FOS, inulin, prune, pectin, and live bacteria in one formula. It also includes the LAB4 complex of live bacteria, featuring selected Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains. The powder format of Biocare Psyllium Intensive makes it easy to mix into drinks or sprinkle onto food. Biocare Psyllium Intensive is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. With around 10 days supply per pack when taken as directed, it fits neatly into short-term routines. Usage Recommended Intake: 2 heaped teaspoons (approx. 10 grams) daily, mixed into 200ml water and taken with food, or as professionally directed. Consult a doctor if under medical supervision.
