What we do
Supplementscanner reads the supplements from 16 stores and ranks each category on price per unit: per kilo, per capsule or per serving. So you see in one list where you pay least for what you are after.
How we make money
If you buy from a store through one of our links, that store may pay us a commission, and it never changes the order of the prices.
How we measure
We read every store continuously: price, stock and what the pack contains. We convert those contents to one unit per category, so a 250 gram tub and a one kilo bag sit side by side. Every store counts separately: we do not match products across stores, and the order is always the price per unit.
Today's figures
In creatine we read 97 products from 11 stores today, at a median price of £49.98 per kilo.
The highest-priced tenth of creatine costs 5 times as much per kilo as the lowest-priced tenth.
Magnesium in capsules or tablets costs £0.18 per capsule in the middle of the market, measured over 202 products.
