BioTech USA Protein Brownie is a 600g baking mix containing chocolate, whey protein, hydrolysed collagen and rice protein. Prepare it with water and sunflower oil, then bake it in the oven. The pack provides five 120g portions of dry mix; nutrition below distinguishes the baking mix from the prepared brownie. Preparation Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix 1 serving (120 g = 6 heaped tablespoons) baking mix with 80 ml (= 8 tablespoons) water and 30 g (= 3 tablespoons) sunflower oil until you get a smooth texture.
