Myprotein Cyclic Dextrin

Cyclic Dextrin is an advanced carbohydrate source designed for high-intensity exercise. Its highly branched structure means it leaves the stomach quickly for fast availability — yet it breaks down gradually, delivering carbohydrates that support sustained release. This makes it effective before, during, or after training: light on the stomach during tough sessions, and reliable enough to replenish energy afterwards. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise, making Cyclic Dextrin an important part of a recovery strategy.¹
