Scitec Nutrition 100% Whey Isolate, 700g. The smaller tub. Benefits Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass Protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones The right size to start with 700g is roughly 28 servings — about a month. That is the sensible quantity to buy when you are trying a protein for the first time, because flavour is the thing people get wrong and a 1800g tub of something you do not enjoy is an expensive mistake you will be drinking for two months. If you get on with it, the 1800g tub brings the cost per serving down considerably. Why isolate Isolate is filtered further than concentrate, stripping out most of the fat and lactose.
